              Paper reel stand is integralwelding type, equipped with electric hoist for loading paper reel, with guidingroller for each paper belt , with guiding rack in front of the stand.

             . Face layer rack stand: separatestand, steel channel welded, with bake function.

                                                     Folding part: include structureframe, guide roller, folding pressing wheel and column. It could movement onthe guide rail which could adjust the size of required angle board.

              Pressing unit: include structureframe,8 or 5 sets of pressing wheels, guiding plate spring, pneumatic cylinder,transmission motor and chains gears.

                          Cutting unitinclude frame, column, servo motor, timing belt and cutting blade. Servo motor2.2KW. The upper blade is V type blade, the bottom blade is nylon block, itcould adjust forward and backward, So it could extend the using life.

             7. With finished product conveyordevice. it include structure frame, motor and conveyor belt. It will transportthe finished angle board to out of machine for packing place.
